Orders

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Preorders, signed editions, and limited releases may require additional processing time.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and shipping updates.

Books

Are your books signed?

Only books labeled Signed Edition include an author signature. Standard editions are not signed unless otherwise stated.

Do you offer personalized copies?

Select titles may be available for personalization during special releases. If personalization is available, you'll see the option before checkout.

Where can I read your books?

HERink titles are available directly through our shop, with select titles also available through major online retailers and bookstores.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping will be available for select products. Shipping availability and rates are calculated during checkout.

My package says delivered, but I don't have it.

Please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or building management first. If you still need assistance, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Returns

Can I return my book?

Books may be returned only if they arrive damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Signed, personalized, or limited-edition books are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Will you sell merchandise?

Yes! HERink will periodically release exclusive apparel, reader accessories, collectible items, and limited-edition merchandise inspired by our stories and characters.
